RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will find a solution to resolve this matter to meet your satisfaction. For any refund (not including shipping costs) or exchange consideration you must contact us within (5) business days from the time you receive your order. Please keep all original packaging, as items not in their original packaging are not returnable. Positive Prints Professional Services pays return shipping only for items shipped to you in error or received damaged. Any claims for damage and/or shortages must be made within 5 days of the date of shipment. We cannot guarantee credit on goods returned without our approval. Shipments that do not pass through customs and that are returned will receive a refund for the product only, no refunds on international shipping charges. Return shipping is to be paid by the customer.

Your use of this Site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of North Carolina, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods.
